We are USAF Test Pilot School Graduates-turned-entrepreneurs solely focused on acquiring a business and operating it for the long term.
ANTHONY MIRABILE
Founding Partner
Anthony Mirabile is a veteran, engineer, entrepreneur, husband, and proud father of 2 boys living in Springboro, OH. With 13 years of experience in the defense industry, primarily in flight test, he is an accomplished leader and engineer known for testing and delivering technology. His passion for real estate investing started as a way to replace his wife's income when they started having children. Since then, he is a owner/operator/partner on 105-units of multifamily real estate in Dayton/Cincinnati, OH. Since getting involved in Real Estate Investing and networking with other entrepreneurs, Anthony has become focused on acquisition entrepreneurship and is looking to acquire a business in 2025.
DEAN VALENTINI
Founding Partner
After earning a BS in Computer Engineering and a MS in Electrical Engineering, Dean Valentini commissioned into the United States Air Force where he served as a Developmental Engineer, Project Manager, and Experimental Flight Test Engineer following graduation from USAF Test Pilot School. After over a decade of experience in defense, aviation, and flight test, Dean decided to separate to fully focus on entrepreneurship. He has run several successful businesses since he began investing in real estate in 2017, including Property Management, a Real Estate Agent business, SaaS, eCommerce, and consulting, and is heavily involved in local and military entrepreneurship communities, about which he is passionate. Dean is now looking to buy and operate one great, established company for the long haul that is the right fit for his values and skillset.

The "18Alpha" in 18Alpha Investing stems from Anthony and Dean being classmates together in USAF Test Pilot School, Class 18A.
